Diane Gilbert
Diane Gilbert is a certified Master Black Belt with 20+ years of experience managing teams, providing technical expertise and leadership in business process re-engineering/design and logistics management. Her work spans both manufacturing and transactional environments, including multiple years in product and service support for the heavy equipment industry. Diane – known to her clients as Susie Sunshine – believes there is no challenge too great to overcome. One of her greatest strengths is her ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to any environment.

Tony Swain
Tony Swain is a certified Master Black Belt with 20+ years experience in the fields of analysis and forecasting, leading diverse teams and process improvement. As both an internal and outside consultant, he has helped organizations both in the commercial and government sectors. Tony – known to his clients as Mister Bob – finds great reward in growing the next generation of change leaders. He is fluent in French and speaks Italian, Spanish and Portuguese. Having lived for extended periods abroad and having worked on four continents, Tony is particularly attuned to cultural issues and their impact on the process of change.

Tony and Diane have mentored, coached and trained over 1,500 Black Belts, Green Belts, Lean practitioners, project sponsors and leaders at all levels of organizations using various Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies. They have collaborated organizations to reduce waste and save over $40 million while improving service to customers, patients and taxpayers. These organizations have matured their Continuous Process Improvement implementations with our support. As a result, many have built within their organizations the capability to perpetuate continuous improvement methodologies and generate significant savings without the need for full-time consulting assistance.
