MBSS Solutions, LLC is pleased to offer our unique approach to integrating Lean and Six Sigma. Our courses are designed to integrate Lean techniques into the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) framework of Six Sigma. By approaching the elimination of waste at appropriate steps within the DMAIC framework, practitioners can expect faster results and a logical flow from the Define phase through the Control phase.
Through a highly-interactive environment, MBSS Solutions’ instructors guide students through the steps required to work a LSS project using simulations and exercises. Part of the philosophy is to reinforce learning through an “I do, we do, you do” model. The instructor will demonstrate a tool/technique, instructor and students will do an example together and students will have a chance to demonstrate their knowledge through an in-class exercise and/or homework. Most importantly, instructors will help the students determine how the tools and techniques may be best applied to their individual projects.
Training provides participants with the tools and techniques necessary for Lean Six Sigma execution. Conducted primarily in a classroom setting, courses are provided in an open-enrollment format for multiple clients and in single-client settings. Four courses are offered:
